Terms of Service

These terms govern use of KALiA, a service of KAADE CONSTRUCTION (N° IFU 00189678B, N° RCCM BF-OUA-01-2022-A11-12374). Creating an account or using the platform means you accept them on behalf of your organisation.

We grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use KALiA for your own mining and civil works projects during the paid period. You keep full ownership of your input data and of the DXF, Mensura and PDF outputs you generate.

KALiA, the KAADE CONSTRUCTION name, the KALiA brand, the software, the AI Digital Twin Top Model agent, its computation and optimisation algorithms, source code, models, interfaces, documentation, report templates and all related materials remain the exclusive property of KAADE CONSTRUCTION and are protected by intellectual property law in Burkina Faso and abroad (including the Bangui Agreement / OAPI framework). Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership right to you.

You may not copy, modify, sublicense, resell, decompile, reverse engineer or create derivative works from the platform or its components. You keep all rights to your own uploaded survey data and to the project outputs you generate with KALiA; you grant us only the limited licence needed to process that data to deliver the service. Any feedback you provide may be used by KAADE CONSTRUCTION to improve KALiA without obligation.

KALiA is a computation and optimisation aid. Every profile, axis plan and report must be checked, approved and signed by a qualified engineer or licensed surveyor before execution on site. You remain responsible for field verification, safety and regulatory compliance.

No reverse engineering, resale, credential sharing, automated scraping, or uploading of data you are not authorised to process. Accounts used to attack or overload the platform are suspended immediately.

We target 99.5% monthly availability outside announced maintenance windows. Planned maintenance is notified at least 48 hours in advance.

Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid over the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, construction rework or production interruption. These terms are governed by the law of Burkina Faso, courts of Ouagadougou.
