Refund Policy
First licence, 14 days
If KALiA does not fit your workflow, request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid invoice. Refunds are issued in FCFA to the original payment method within 15 working days.
Monthly licences
Monthly licences can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the paid period. We do not pro-rate a month already started.
Annual licences
Annual licences cancelled after the 14-day window are refunded on the unused full months, minus a 10% administrative fee.
Service credits
If monthly availability falls below 99.5%, you receive a credit of 10% of that month's fee; below 95%, 30%. Credits are applied to the next invoice.
Not refundable
Custom on-site deployments, bespoke CAD template development and field training days already delivered are non-refundable.
