Who controls your data
KALiA is operated by KAADE CONSTRUCTION (N° IFU 00189678B, N° RCCM BF-OUA-01-2022-A11-12374), Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso. Write to privacy@kaade-construction.bf for any request concerning your data.
What we collect
Account details (name, company, professional email), project inputs you upload (gallery control points, bearings, elevations, chainage tables), generated outputs (long profiles, axis plans, DXF and PDF exports) and technical logs needed to operate the service.
Why we process it
To compute your profiles and axis plans, to produce exports and reports, to secure the platform, and to bill your licence. We do not sell data and we do not use your survey geometry to train shared models without a signed written agreement.
Security of survey data
Project files are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Access is role-based and every export or edit is written to an immutable audit log. Site-hosted deployments are available for mines requiring data residency inside their perimeter.
Retention & your rights
Project data is retained for the life of your licence plus 90 days, then permanently deleted. Billing records are kept as required by Burkinabè law. You may request access, correction, export or deletion at any time; we respond within 30 days.
Sub-processors
We use a limited set of hosting, e-mail and payment providers bound by confidentiality and data-protection terms. The current list is available on request.
