KAADE CONSTRUCTION builds KALiA with engineers, surveyors and software builders from across West Africa and beyond. We recruit on skill and rigour, and we expect every team member — on site and remote — to work in an environment free of discrimination.

Local talent first
We invest in Burkinabè and West African talent: internships for surveying and civil engineering students, mentorship into the KALiA studio, and paid training on total stations, AutoCAD/Mensura workflows and AI-assisted design.
Accessible product
KALiA itself is built to be usable by every member of a mine's technical team — clear language, readable reports in French and English, and exports that match the tools field crews already use.
